We were approached by a private client to convert a group of dilapidated farm barns into private dwellings. 
 This negotiated project required a large input from J S Hay from a year before commencing work on site, but through all parties showing adaptability to the problems that chalk barns can bring we quickly progressed the project to the end result of five highly prestigious dwellings.
