JS HAY has undertaken a wide array of commercial contracts over the years. These have ranged from restorations and refurbishments of historic buildings requiring specialist techniques and materials, to new, high specification buildings.
Some of these contracts have involved the more straightforward, steel framed constructions suited to the needs of large format out of town retail units. Others, such as major works on historic listed buildings, have called on every aspect of our teams' specialist skills from building to joinery. In neither area have we been found wanting.
Among the specialist new builds which JS HAY has undertaken are buildings as diverse as law courts, showrooms and a visitors centre. Each presents a unique set of challenges, all of which we tackle with care and professionalism.
