At
JS HAY we work on some highly individual construction
contracts which have involved a unique series of briefs on buildings
for some very specific purposes. Such projects have included law
courts, churches, visitor centres and hospital suites, to select but a
few.
Within such schemes we work closely with customers and their architects
to create spaces which have to incorporate a variety of attributes such
as security, hygiene or, in the case of churches, spirituality.
Each project requires a real understanding of the processes to take
place within each structure, as well as close attention to detail, to
ensure the special features of the building are properly integrated
into the build. On specialist projects, we often find ourselves
tackling components within a build which are rarely attempted or, in
some cases, have never been done before. It is at moments such as these
that the many years experience of our on-site teams is best
demonstrated, as they call on all their mutual expertise to bring about
a successful conclusion.
